At Gerda, everything is digital — completely without a reception. After your booking, you will receive a link to online check-in. As soon as you have checked in, Gerda will send you your PIN code for door & key box on the day of arrival. Your apartment is waiting for you from 15:00. You will receive all information again by email & in the Guest Hub.

Gerda will contact you with your personal PIN code on the day of arrival. You can also always find it in the Guest Hub — always handy when you need it.

It's simple: You can check out relaxed until 11 a.m. Close the window, don't forget anything — Gerda takes care of the rest.

Yes — Gerda is happy to reserve an underground parking space for you upon request. Or you can find a spot around the house. Just write to us briefly.

If it's okay with Gerda, we'll make it happen. It's best to write to us early — then we'll see if you can stay in earlier or stay longer.

Everything is fresh before you arrive. Gerda automatically provides weekly cleaning for 7 nights or more — at no extra charge.

Sure! Just contact the Guest Hub — for a small fee, we'll be happy to take care of it, including fresh laundry.

Yes — every location has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer & often an iron.
